Would you Destroy your Akhirah for this world?

Dear Diary.....

Today sitting in class i wondered whether people didn't know that disobeying class rules is, in fact, a sin or they didn't really care. I mean the teacher is standing in front of you and you are eating and talking carelessly. So what if she isn't saying anything and is just being patient and hoping that maybe there's a little shame inside you that will make you stop, does that mean that you keep going? NO!

People don't understand that the status of teachers shown/told to them isn't a status given by the people of this world, it's given in Islam By ALLAH ( Subhana Wata'aala). Why do people take this as nothing? I mean these little sins will be the cause of our Akhirah's (life of the hereafter) destruction. All everyone focuses on now-a-days are the big and basic rules ( which should be focused on , no doubt) like daily 5 prayers, Quran recitation, fasting(which is actually not done by all Muslims if u really start noticing around you) etc, instead of the small rules they need to follow like respecting your parents and teachers, not lying, backbiting, cheating(a major problem these days especially for students), controlling one's anger etc.

These small acts are like a bonus. A boost in the marks for your result on the Judgement Day.
So Why would anyone commit sins for this world and ruin their hereafter?? And when i asked a friend the same question she said:

"We do it for our personal advantage and for the world's respect "

" While cheating we don't really think about whether it's right or wrong, the only thing we look out for is the teacher's eye and try to get good marks"

But honestly man is it really worth it?? Is it really worth ruining your Akhirah for?

  2. Rules are good, but more important thing is RESPECT. You should not behave good because of rules, you should be nice because you MUST give respect to others. How would you feel if you are standing there as a teacher and your audience behaves like you do? Even animals give respect to their elders. God created humans to love, respect & care for each other.

Remember, you will get what you give, you will reap what you sow.
